Learn About the Greyfriars Project

In this video, Heritage Lincolnshire CEO Tracy Stringfellow shares the vision behind the Greyfriars project. With support from the National Lottery Heritage Fund, City of Lincoln Council, the Pilgrim Trust, Garfield Weston Foundation and others, Greyfriars is being carefully restored and reimagined as a space for events, learning, and community use.

Tracy explains why this 13th-century building is so important, how the funding makes the work possible, and what visitors can look forward to when Greyfriars reopens in 2026.
