Greyfriars is a medieval stone building, and some areas may have echo. We are working on improvements such as sound-absorbing materials, but please be aware that occasional loud noises from Broadgate (sirens, traffic) may also be heard.

We have adaptive lighting that can be adjusted to suit different requirements, and we are exploring further sensory-friendly measures. Please contact us before your visit if you would like to discuss your needs.

Yes. In addition to a standard accessible toilet, we provide a Changing Places toilet, designed for people with more complex needs. Look out for the official Changing Places logo on-site.

Please speak to a member of staff during your visit or contact us afterwards. Lost property will be kept for a limited time.
